Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage volunteer mentor recruitment

Requirements
  • A Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training qualification is desirable
  • Proven experience in staff management and teamwork
  • Ability to train and coach in various settings
  • Creative problem-solving skills
