Fixed Income Trader Role

Mason Blake is seeking a skilled Fixed Income Trader to join our team. As a key member of our Trading desk, you will be responsible for trading a wide range of Fixed Income assets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Dealing and hedging corporate bonds and credit derivatives to achieve best execution
  2. Providing market insights and trading environment analysis to Portfolio Managers
  3. Developing and implementing new trading techniques and liquidity sources to optimize trading performance
  4. Building strong relationships with brokers to extract maximum benefit for the firm and its clients
Requirements
  1. 1-5 years' experience in trading on the buy-side or sell-side
  2. Working knowledge of fixed income markets and trading strategies
  3. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  4. Ability to establish credibility and trust quickly with clients and colleagues
  5. Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
