Fixed Income Trader

Mason Blake is seeking a skilled Fixed Income Trader to join our team. As a key member of our Trading desk, you will be responsible for trading a wide range of Fixed Income assets.

  1. Develop and execute trading strategies to achieve best execution and maximize returns.
  2. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to gather and communicate market information, trading environment, and price changes.
  3. Analyze new trading techniques and liquidity sources to improve trading performance.
  4. Build strong relationships with brokers to extract maximum benefit for the firm and its clients.

The ideal candidate:

  1. 1-5 years' proven trading experience on the buy-side or sell-side.
  2. Working knowledge of fixed income markets.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  4. Ability to establish credibility and trust quickly with both clients and colleagues.
  5. Team player with excellent communication skills.
