Trainee Child/Adolescent Psychotherapist Opportunity at DreamArts

DreamArts is a leading charity in Westminster, merging arts and therapy to support young people with their emotional well-being. We are seeking students enrolled in Child/Adolescent psychotherapy training who wish to participate in a volunteer placement to gain clinical hours. Applicants must be in their second year of training or above.

Selected candidates will join our award-winning Express Plus 1:1 arts therapy service, which provides tailored support to children, young people, and families associated with Westminster. Our team delivers individual, parent-child, or family therapy sessions for children aged 7-18 and their families.

This volunteer placement requires a commitment of one academic year, with successful applicants expected to begin immediately. Workload will be managed during term time only. Currently, we seek an individual available on Wednesday evenings from 4-8pm and willing to travel to Queen's Park, where our service operates.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, you will contribute to the betterment of the lives of young people through our innovative arts-based programs.
