A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to become a part of Lincolnshire County Council's Adult Care & Community Wellbeing team as a Maximising Independence Worker.
Working closely with a range of national health and social care organisations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services while adhering to the highest standards of social care. A strong understanding of the ethical principles and values of social care is vital in this role.
Key requirements include:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant knowledge and skills
