About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Technical Operative to join our team at Blue Mountain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect vending equipment, ensuring machines are clean and fault-free before leaving site.
  • Provide technical support over the phone and via email, resolving customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of vending machines, including filter changes and liquid dilution adaptations.
  • Conduct site surveys to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the BMR team to support client events, ensuring equipment and supplies are available and functioning correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records of job activities, customer feedback, and technical issues, and report any issues to head office.
Requirements
  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel around the UK.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Engineering background or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of vending machine technology and maintenance.
  • Ability to lift and move machines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
