Pineapple Recruitment is seeking a skilled Service and Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect vending machines from our lock-up/head office to and from sites across the UK.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter changes and liquid dilution adaptations, to ensure machines are clean and fault-free.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with vending machines, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to clients over the phone and via email, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Complete first-line maintenance support, reporting any issues and completing service tasks before leaving site.
  • Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, including site surveys and equipment checks.
  • Support the BMR team with client events, ensuring equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.
Requirements
  • A full clean driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to converse with customers and suppliers clearly and politely.
  • An engineering background is preferred, but not essential.
  • Presentable with an air of confidence and ability to work independently.
  • Availability to travel around the UK, with a willingness to work away from home to support national customer coverage.
  • Physically able to lift and move machines, with a happy attitude to working alone.
