We are seeking a skilled Support Practitioner for Adults with Disabilities to join our team in Dundee. In this role, you will be working closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, personal care, and community engagement.

Job Overview

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities. This includes:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and housework
  • Supporting individuals to engage in activities such as swimming, walking groups, and arts & crafts
  • Managing medication and finances
  • Accompanying individuals on outings and social events

Requirements

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role. Shift patterns may include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, public holidays, and weekends.
