Adult Services Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Adult Services Manager to lead our team in the Dundee Area. As a senior manager, you will oversee the delivery of adult disability services, ensuring high-quality support and excellent outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of practitioners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, performance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners to promote best practices and innovative solutions.

**Salary:** £22,781 per annum (based on 35 hours per week)

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in adult disability services management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures. A Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
