**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our community living team in Dundee. As a Support Practitioner, you will support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in community activities.

**Key Tasks**

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and medication management
  • Accompany individuals on outings and activities, such as swimming and walking groups
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

**Requirements**

  • A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
