Disability Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Disability Support Specialist to join our team in the Dundee Area. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support to adults with disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring individuals receive tailored care and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive support services.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

**Salary:** £22,781 per annum (based on 35 hours per week)

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult disability support, excellent communication skills, and experience working with vulnerable populations. A Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
