Payroll Support Specialist

Overview
Allegis Group, a specialist in providing tailored staffing solutions to market-leading clients, seeks a skilled professional to assist with the processing of weekly UK & Irish PAYE contractor payrolls, handling daily queries and communications with FSG teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Assist with the processing of weekly UK & Irish PAYE contractor payrolls, including handling daily queries and communications with FSG teams.
Expense Management: Assist with the processing of expenses, working with Excel, Concur, and PeopleSoft systems.
Benefits Administration: Assist with the processing of benefits through the payroll, including auto-enrolment pension.
Financial Reporting: Assist with preparing payroll journals, finance reports, HMRC reconciliations, and HMRC payments.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager.
Required Skills and Behaviours:
Organisational Skills: Well-organised and methodical, with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong communicator across all levels, with the ability to inspire, enthuse, and motivate a team.
