Job Title: Highly Organized Payroll Professional

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Highly Organized Payroll Professional to assist with the processing of weekly UK & Irish PAYE contractor payrolls, manage day-to-day queries, and communicate effectively with FSG teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payrolls, handle related queries, and maintain a well-organized workflow.
  • Assist with expense processing using Excel and various systems, ensuring accurate results.
  • Prepare payroll journals, finance reports, and HMRC reconciliations, adhering to high standards.
  • Support report requests from the business, delivering comprehensive information.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager, demonstrating a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

Estimated Salary Range: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, based on experience.
