Job Title: Compensation Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of weekly UK & Irish PAYE contractor payrolls, including day-to-day handling of queries and communications with the FSG teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the processing of expenses using Excel, Concur, PeopleSoft, and various country banking platforms.
  • Help process benefits through the payroll, including auto-enrolment pension.
  • Prepare payroll journals, finance reports, HMRC reconciliations, and HMRC payments.
  • Support report requests from the business.

Requirements:

What We Offer:

As a Compensation Specialist at TEKsystems, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
