This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Improvement Specialist to join Randmwindows' team in Bracknell. We strive to deliver top-notch services to our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, particularly within the home improvement industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of £42,000-£55,000 annually, as well as unlimited commission potential. Additionally, we provide cutting-edge tools, such as laptops and phone systems access, to support your success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote our range of windows and conservatories to customers in Bracknell and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with builders and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license
- Background in sales, preferably within the home improvement sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
