About the Team

As a SEN/SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team of education professionals who share a passion for supporting students with SEND needs. We pride ourselves on our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of our work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEND needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience of working with students with mental health and well-being needs, particularly emotional and behavioural difficulties. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND needs in mainstream schools.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
