Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital is a purpose-built hospital established since 1968, offering a range of services including diagnostic imaging, pathology, and physiotherapy.
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to join our theatre team. As the UK's largest Healthcare Charity, we exist to deliver high-quality care, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about creating the best possible patient experience.
Key responsibilities include supporting patients undergoing major and minor surgeries, providing individualized care, and working collaboratively with the team to maintain a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,887.50 per annum, as well as a benefits package that includes free gym membership, private healthcare, and paid overtime.
The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications and relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting. A flexible approach to duties and hours is also essential.
