Clinical Lead - Theatres

At Nuffield Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in surgery/anaesthetics.
  • Knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment.
  • NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner.
