This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled Customer Experience Executive, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service, processing orders accurately, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier support.
Main Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Respond to incoming customer inquiries, maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Order Processing: Process orders accurately using our required system, guaranteeing seamless execution.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, dealers, coworkers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Product Knowledge: Regularly undergo product training to stay updated on products, enhancing your skills for effective performance of the role.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the production of daily and weekly reports and statistics as required, providing valuable insights.
- TARGETING NEW BUSINESS: Collaborate with colleagues to research and explore new business opportunities, driving growth and success.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving sales desk processes by suggesting new systems, procedures, and documentation, streamlining operations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working in a busy customer service or sales environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial catering market or hospitality industry is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
