We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to maximise their career prospects and earn a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and underwriters, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Working to agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Arranging and attending client meetings.
  • Maximising opportunities from leads.
  • Ensuring technical knowledge is up to date.
  • Conducting new business, pre-renewal and renewal meetings.
  • Updating client information on system accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in general insurance, qualification or desire to work towards this, and excellent communication skills.
