Job Summary:

This role requires a talented individual to foster relationships with Commercial Partners, coordinate event activations, and optimize hospitality experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster long-term relationships with Commercial Partners, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership activation plans to drive business growth.
  • Design and deliver bespoke commercial events that showcase the value of our partnerships.
  • Analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing targeted solutions.
  • Ensure seamless execution of hospitality experiences, from booking to delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with finance to verify financial reports and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement robust data management practices, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Office skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide coverage for colleagues during absence and be open to adjusting working hours when needed.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license and possess personal transportation.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000, based on qualifications and experience.
