We are seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison Officer to join our team in Hull, supporting customers through the remortgage process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide expert guidance throughout the remortgage journey
- Communicate effectively with lenders, financial institutions, and third-party stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions

- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role
- You must be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
- A team player who can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
