Lettings Consultant Opportunity

Gcbrecruitment is seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their team in Leicester. As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, booking and conducting viewings, and liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Negotiating potential offers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Dealing with any maintenance issues
  • General office admin duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A full UK driver's license and own vehicle
  • A highly motivated and driven individual, ready to get stuck in
  • A good knowledge of the local area
