We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at a top-rated independent estate agent in Leicester. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they meet high standards and tenants are happy.
  • Provide exceptional tenant support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and manage any arrears.
  • Stay up-to-date with property laws and regulations, ensuring all properties comply with relevant standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on property management activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in property management or residential lettings, particularly in residential settings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and developments.
