  • Property Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify any maintenance needs.
  • Rent Collection: Ensure timely rent collection and manage any arrears.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with property laws and ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on property management activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in property management or residential lettings, particularly with residential properties.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Property Management Software: Familiarity with property management software.
  • Knowledge of Property Laws: Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license.
