Job Summary:

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our student accommodation properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and manage administrative reports and processes within the building, ensuring customer data is up-to-date and compliant with GDPR guidelines.
  • Induct new employees into their roles and provide support with enquiries related to health and safety, building maintenance, invoicing, and sales.
  • Support the General Manager and wider operational team in planning and forecasting occupancy and sales plans.
