Head Waiter/Waitress Opportunity at Franco's London

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team at Franco's London, a family-owned Italian restaurant in the heart of Central London.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of waiters/waitresses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including table management, reservations, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £15.40 to £16.40 per hour or £35,000 to £37,500 per year, plus a yearly bonus.
  • A 44-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday, with 2 days off and flexible shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Supervisor in a similar establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Right to work in the UK.
