Head Waiter/Waitress Opportunity

Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is seeking a skilled Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to lead our service team and provide guidance to junior staff members. You will be responsible for managing tables, ensuring prompt service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service
  • Lead and guide junior staff members to achieve high standards of service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
