Head Waiter/Waitress Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Claridge's Restaurant. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring prompt and professional service, and overseeing a team of waiters to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Oversee the set up of the dining room, including table settings, waiter stations, and stock management.
  • Handle complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety legislation, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star or fine dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a pressured environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with a second language desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for food, quality products, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
