Job Title: Account Director - Business Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Gather & Gather. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality customer experience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
