Early Years Support Worker

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Support Worker to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about working alongside the nursery team to support children across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- The successful candidate will work under the direction of the nursery manager and liaise with other professionals within and outside the nursery setting.
- They will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, react to given solutions with integrity, and show compassion in their daily interactions.
- A minimum of experience working with children is required, preferably within a nursery environment.
- The successful candidate will inspire and motivate children to reach their full potential, enabling them to be the best they can be.
- They will have the ability to encourage every child to learn and achieve, with enthusiasm, skill, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- With a strong passion for ensuring high expectations for all, the successful candidate will strive to ensure outstanding progress.
