Learning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in supporting the embedding of technology and systems, as well as associated behaviour and ways of working changes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Learning & Development team in preparing and implementing learning strategies within an Academy that champions growth and development for all employees across the business.
- Drive the development of future capabilities in our people to meet the strategic objectives of the Programme.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to lead the end-to-end learning cycle, designing, building, and delivering learning content that supports the embedding of systems, behaviours, and ways of working to impacted areas of the business.
- Support the design and delivery of different methods of learning across Unite Students, including coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, online, virtual, and face-to-face learning.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development Coordinator to arrange live learning events, workshops, and make new online learning available to the right audiences.
- Be comfortable facilitating workshops, small group learning events, and have experience implementing a mix of blended learning activities, from job skilling to management development.
- Direct line management of Software Trainers, with full line management responsibility and resource management of trainers across various projects.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and coach at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a good eye for detail, presentation, and facilitation.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a problem, assess risks, and make an informed plan of how to approach it.
