About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our People Operations Team at Sustrans. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity to work on improving our learning infrastructure.
As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing the development and ongoing maintenance of our learning management system (LMS) to effectively deliver on Sustrans' requirements. This will involve leading the Charity towards becoming a learning organisation by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating digital learning content.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an HR and/or Learning and Development environment, with a proven track record of improving and managing an LMS or similar platform. You should also have exceptional IT and digital literacy skills, including in-depth knowledge of LMS functionality, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
We offer a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to a nearby office hub. Sustrans is committed to being a charity for everyone, reducing inequality, valuing diversity, enabling inclusion, and ensuring all people are treated with dignity and respect.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office 365, particularly SharePoint, and has a strong understanding of digital learning platforms. You should be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in creating engaging and accessible digital content.
