Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chaplain to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with us to deliver high-quality chaplaincy services to our clients, providing spiritual support and guidance in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual support and guidance to clients through individual and group sessions
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to meet the needs of clients
Requirements:
- Degree in Theology or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a chaplaincy role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
