We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Chaplain to join our team at Futures Unlocked. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to ex-offenders as they reintegrate into their communities.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with local service providers and volunteers. You will also be responsible for recruiting, maintaining, and supporting mentors, as well as contributing to the development of our organization's future plans.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer an attractive salary package of £32,000 per annum, which includes 25 days of paid holiday time per year, plus bank holidays. Additionally, travel expenses will be covered, making it an attractive option for those who value work-life balance.
