Lead Assessments Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Assessments Officer at a prestigious London university. This temporary, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering team inboxes and assisting with high-volume shared inboxes, email triage, and responding to student queries with excellent customer service.
- Contributing to the student journey within assessment processes, including liaising with exam venues, external examiners, and invigilators, exam paper production, alternative assessments, and special arrangements.
- Supporting events in the annual student lifecycle, such as Enrolment, Examinations, and Graduation, to ensure an excellent student experience.
- Providing and supervising ad hoc administrative tasks to support the Assessment Team and wider university, including participating in networks, committees, and working groups.
- Utilizing IT systems, including Microsoft, student records systems, and virtual learning environments, with a proactive approach and excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
