Housing Needs Support

As an Accommodation Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants with their housing needs, working collaboratively with probation practitioners to identify specific requirements and develop tailored accommodation plans.

This rewarding opportunity will allow you to utilise your skills to influence, support and encourage others to maximise their potential and build a better future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Planning: Complete initial assessments to understand participant needs and develop tailored accommodation plans
  • Collaboration: Work with probation practitioners to identify specific requirements and develop agreed interventions
Requirements:
  • Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with homelessness legislation or experience working within the criminal justice sector (on-site training provided)
  • Diverse Workforce: Comfortable working with diverse people from various backgrounds
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
