Job Description

The Accommodation Services Professional will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to participants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate expertise and make a tangible difference in the lives of others.

About the Position

This is a challenging yet rewarding permanent, part-time position with 18.5 hours per week, based in Kings Lynn. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Main Tasks
  • Design and implement bespoke accommodation plans, prioritising participant safety and well-being.
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments, analysing risk factors and developing targeted interventions.
  • Effectively manage case files using our dedicated case management system, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring of participant progress.
  • Engage with participants, addressing emerging concerns and providing proactive support to enhance their overall experience.
Compensation Package
  • A salary of £27,342 - £31,582 per annum pro rata, reflecting the demands and expectations of this role, will be offered to the successful candidate.
