We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at Mayflower Court in Norwich.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, providing high-quality care and support that enables them to maintain their independence and dignity.
About the Role:
As a Care Support Specialist, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, promoting the well-being and safety of our service users. You will work closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to develop person-centred care plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
You will also participate in wellbeing events and activities, contributing to a safe and engaging environment that promotes social interaction and community engagement.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and shares our commitment to excellence. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
You will be highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. A valid DBS check is required for this position, which will be met by the employer.
