Highly Skilled Application Support Professional Wanted

SitePoint Pty is seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Support professional to join our dynamic IT team in Liverpool, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical support for Microsoft Stack technologies, including .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Citrix-delivered applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage system changes and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in the major incident management process as a core member of the application support team.
- Enhance system performance and uptime through proactive maintenance and updates, ensuring applications remain secure and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in application support, particularly with web-based technologies.
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems, ASP.NET (IIS, HTML, Web Services), .NET applications (C#, VB.NET), REST APIs, MS SQL Server, Azure, and Citrix delivery solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, adjusting to changing business needs and priorities.
