Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Transportengineer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our local depot teams in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our bus network.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of over 200 colleagues in our busy two-depot operation in Keighley.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our bus network, including scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with our commercial team and local stakeholders to develop and implement business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
