About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a new children's home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing high-quality care services to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
