Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Property Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of property maintenance services across our extensive portfolio of properties.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate a team of 10-20 operatives to ensure efficient delivery of property maintenance services
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Handle customer complaints and breakdowns in service
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade or willing to undertake the qualification with Sanctuary Group's support
  • Recent experience in a similar role, preferably in building maintenance or facilities management
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
