Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a team of property maintenance operatives to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Organize and prioritize work schedules to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Inspect completed works to ensure high standards and value for money
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Handle customer complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in a core trade or equivalent qualification
  • Recent experience in a similar role, preferably in building maintenance or facilities management
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Full valid UK driving license
