Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate a team of property maintenance operatives to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Organize and prioritize work schedules to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Inspect completed works to ensure high standards and value for money
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- NVQ Level 3 in a core trade or equivalent qualification
- Recent experience in a similar role, preferably in building maintenance or facilities management
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Full valid UK driving license
- Competitive salary of £39,622 - £41,708 per annum
