At Uni-Select Inc., we are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verifying invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Examine the condition of merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, and have customers sign off on delivery.
  • Organize daily pick-ups of customer cores, returns, and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency.
  • Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties.
  • Comply with electronic delivery principles and standards.
  • Ensure any customer complaints or dissatisfaction are immediately reported to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager.
  • Check daily fluid levels of the vehicle, tire condition, and ensure cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.
  • Comply with all rules and regulations of the road at all times.
  • Check in with the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on delivery progress and delays.
  • Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
  • May assist with customer service activities within the store location and assist with keeping the store in a neat and orderly manner, including stocking shelves.

Essential Qualifications:

  • No experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Possesses high interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships.
  • Able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
