Service Delivery Manager

Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Property Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of 10 to 20 Operatives and overseeing the maintenance and repair of void properties across North Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage a team of Operatives to ensure efficient and effective delivery of maintenance and repair services.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of void properties, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Manage and prioritize workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Qualification in a core trade, such as NVQ Level 3, or equivalent experience and willingness to undertake the qualification.
- Recent experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Competitive salary of £39,622 - £41,708 per annum.
