Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Property Services team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of repairs and maintenance services to our properties across North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a team of operatives to ensure timely and efficient delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including Building Safety legislation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a core trade, or equivalent qualification.

  • A competitive salary of £39,622 - £41,708 per annum, rising to £41,708 after 12 months.
