Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Delivery Manager/Delivery Leads to provide governance advice and support
  • Enable the effective running of remediation & change initiatives
  • Provide risk management and mitigation support
  • Ensure key stakeholders have complete and accurate visibility of progress throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, log, and articulate risks & issues
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks and standards
  • Manage relevant governance repositories and project mailboxes
  • Work with risk and policy stakeholders to identify society attestations and progress returns

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, ideally within a financial services institution
  • Experience in following a governance framework through a project lifecycle
  • Ability to identify, log, and articulate risks & issues
  • Experience in creating programme plans and managing risks, slippages, and associated impacts
  • Establishing and creating content for governance forums
  • People management experience of several staff at one time
  • Management of relevant governance repositories and project mailboxes
