Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Science Specialist to join our team at Omega Resource Group. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and testing materials that enhance the quality, performance, and sustainability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Work with the project team to develop cost-effective manufacturing approaches and drive completion of cost reduction initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead technical projects and write clear, concise documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC in a relevant science or engineering field.
  • Experience in technical manufacturing engineering roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and support multiple projects simultaneously in a proactive manner.
