About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional to join our team as Head of Health, Safety and Environment. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering strategies to ensure that Health, Safety and Environment objectives are achieved.
You will provide professional leadership, support, and development to staff, complete annual development plans and objectives for all team members, and ensure that all HSE policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Health, Safety and Environment strategies to achieve business objectives

- Ensure that all HSE policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legal requirements
- Partner with senior management to implement improvements that result in improved HSE performance and results
We are looking for a highly experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional with a proven track record of delivering HSE strategies and improving HSE performance. You will have a NEBOSH General certificate and aspirations to achieve or be on course to achieve a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
You will be a team builder with excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to partner with senior management to implement improvements that result in improved HSE performance and results.
